Sydney grew up immersed in the hospitality industry, with both parents working in the field. From a young age, she saw firsthand the benefits of a flexible and dynamic work life. After earning her degree in Marketing, Sydney decided to join forces with her mom, Sandy, continuing the family tradition in hospitality.
