Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, free memo samples are available to our customers. Navigate to the fabric you'd like a sample of, and click "Add to Sample Order". When completing your order, you have the option for free shipping, or expedited shipping at the customers expense.

Q: Who can order samples from Richloom Contract?
A: Samples are available to our current customers. If you are not a customer yet, please reach out to your local sales representative, found here, to set up an account with us.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: To order a memo sample, you can either place the order using our website, by creating an account and placing sample a sample order, or through your sales representative. Orders for yardage must go through your sales representative. Find out who your local sales representative is here.

Q: What is "My Projects"?
A: The My Projects feature on our site allows you to easily compile groups of fabrics for specific projects. You can save them for later, or send the link to a project to your client or sales representative. Creating a project requires you to be logged into your account.

Q: How do I check on my order status?
A: You will receive periodic emails updating you on the status of your order. If you have questions about your order, please email with your full name and order number, and customer number if you have it.

Q: Does Richloom Contract provide custom design services?
A:Yes, Richloom Contract creates custom concepts for finished product such as bedding, as well as decorative pilllows, throws and scarves. Our designers will also work with you to create custom upholstery and window treatments for any project. View custom concepts here.
